Blue Reinhard

Blue Claire Reinhard is a painter, sculptor, and installation artist based in Los Angeles, California. Their oil paintings explore Jewish practice alongside queer expression, honoring moments of tenderness as sacred. By inviting viewers to activate sculptures, images, and texts through participation, Blue explores how collective rituals cultivate intimacy.

Blue Claire Reinhard was born in Irvine, CA. They graduated from Orange County School for the Arts in 2018, where they specialized in Visual Art. After spending a year at Rhode Island School of Design, they transferred to Occidental College where they focused on painting, sculpture, and installation. They graduated in 2023 with a Bachelors Degree in Studio Art, receiving honors and distinction. Since then they have been teaching art and studio assisting while continuing to build their personal studio practice.
