Ekaterina Ominina
London, United Kingdom
Statement
The boats that I feature in my work are a symbol of the city's history and its ongoing relationship with the River Thames. They are also a reflection of my own personal journey, having moved to London from Russia.
My work is characterized by bold, vibrant colors and expressive brushstrokes. I strive to create paintings that are both visually striking and emotionally engaging. Each painting is a unique exploration of color, texture, and form, and I am constantly experimenting with new techniques and materials.
As an artist, I am committed to pushing the boundaries of traditional painting techniques and exploring new ways of representing the world around us. My hope is that my paintings will inspire others to see the beauty in the world around them and to appreciate the rich history and culture.
