I love color and how it works to produce the lovely depths in flowers.

I wanted to paint long before I did. Finally at 30 and my little ones were in school I began fooling around with some pastels we had at home. From there, gifts of art lessons, workshops with Zolton Szabo, Leslie deMill and others, I improved to come up with my own style. I gave my painting allot of mileage and over the years have changed my style quite abit. I paint in oils, mostly florals but occasionally a landscape or old buildings.

I have a degree in psychology,am a charter member of an artists cooperative with a working gallery. I've taught in my own studio and at 2 colleges. I've been president in several art leagues and done numerous workshops myself.
