Evgeniy Evgenjevich Kislitsin was born on February 7, 1956 in Chelyabinsk. 1973-1979 he had been studying in Yekaterinburg Architectural Institute; 1982-1986 - had been studying in Saint-Petersburg Repin State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. At the present time Evgeniy Kislitsin lives and work in Chelyabinsk(Russia). His unique technique is known to be canvas, pigment and polymers. Approximately thirty of his works are presented in collections abroad.
