Jo Hanks

I have jokingly said that the blood running through my veins is really red paint. I love to smell, stir and spread paint. It is my passion. Painting helps me to please others while I fulfill my need to add color to my everyday life.

Jo Hanks began painting watercolors in community art classes and has taught herself to paint landscapes, murals and portraits in watercolor, acrylic and oil. She has won local art contests and sold works in art shows. Her favorite style is realistic murals that attract a lot of attention.
