The practice

These sessions help you to arrive more fully in the "Here and Now", connect with your authentic inner self and experience the joy and abundance that comes with it. Sessions are about one hour long and happen on zoom. When you book a session suggest three meeting times that would work for you. Pashyo was introduced to the Indian Mystic Osho in 1984 and has been on the path of meditation and self-awareness ever since. She lives in Los Angeles.

ASTROLOGY Pashyo experienced the surprising wisdom of an insightful astrology reading 30 years ago. Since then she has immersed herself into learning the art through books and classes and also completed the Osho Astrology Training with Amrit Arpana in 1995. Since then she has been helping people to make better use of their potential and become aware of their choices. Recently she participated in an astrology training in advanced techniques with Astro Butterfly. In her sessions she uses her knowledge as well as her intuition to uncover the hidden potential and messages in your birth chart. Zodiac INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS Would you like to gain a deeper understanding of your unique self? An astrology chart is a map to your strengths, weaknesses, talents and possibilities. You will gain an understanding of the relationships between your planets and find creative ways to express their energies. You learn about the various choices that are available to you and become aware of your own uniqueness.

TAROT Tarot cards are a mirror of our inner world. Using the images of the cards, you can have a dialogue with your unconscious mind. As you become more aware of your deeper feelings, beliefs and desires, you can resolve inner conflicts and make decisions that truly reflect who you are. Once you know how to ask the right questions and have an understanding of the cards, you can use them on your own to communicate with your deeper self. INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS The tarot is a wonderful tool to go to the root of a problem, make better decisions and open up to new opportunities. It often reveals hidden aspects and implications of a question. You can see where you can expect resistance or support coming to you. Virtual Sessions can be booked only, if you have access to a Rider-Waite or Osho Zen Tarot deck.

MEDITATIONS In these guided meditations you deeply relax your body & mind and communicate with unconscious parts of yourself. RELAXATION AND AWARENESS In this session to learn how to deeply relax your body and mind and at the same time stay very aware of your inner process. DREAM JOURNEY The starting point for this journey is a question or a problem that you would like to explore. The journey happens in a very relaxed state where you allow your unconscious mind to talk to you in images. As your travel companion I help you to relax, to feel safe and to stay present. During the journey you will be able to connect with your power animal or a spirit guide. After the journey we see how it relates to your initial question. MAKING FRIENDS WITH YOUR BODY In this individual session you are guided to communicate with your body and find out what it needs to thrive.
