Rochelle Hernandez

I view what I do as communication. Each piece has something to say, and the message resonates differently with each recipient and viewer.

The objective of my work however is the same for each piece, it makes its audience feel something, creating movement in their universe, and at that moment they are engaged in the conversation.

I am self-taught digital photo artist located in Northern California. My affinity for taking pictures began at a young age shooting with everything from a Brownie Hawkeye, SLR Konica, Cannon, DSL Nikon, and an android phone.

Having a second set of eyes (what I see through the lens) can transport us to another world, one which is filled with artistic avenues not always seen by the naked eye.

My works include digital photos to canvas (giclee), prints, and stationary. I have shown at the Sacramento Fines Art Center and The Kennedy Gallery-Sacramento. My work can be viewed at Instagram rhernandez.photoart or FB Rochelle Hernandez
