Serena Potter

My work has a decidedly feminine perspective. I paint figurative and still life paintings that address themes, of private pain vs. public persona, fight and submission, gravity, identity, time, sex and perseverance. I work in oil on panel or canvas, as well as mixed media charcoal on cotton rag paper.

I also write, direct and perform in short performance/concept art videos.
