Sergei Milokumov born in 1961. in Cherkassy (Ukraine). He graduated from the Art Academy of Kharkov (cum laude). Was an intern at the Higher School of Art & Design HIF (Halle / s) (Germany).

In May 2002 Sergey Milokumov received from the President of Ukraine title of the Honored Artist of Ukraine.
