Retro-Reproductions, LLC, was established in 1989, by two entrepreneurs, American

Sudy Dostal, a graduate of Scripps College with a B.A. in Art, and Paris-born Sylvie

Bruges, who worked many years with photographer/film director Tana Kaleya. Both

women recognized the dramatic and powerful art of the poster, in particular the European

cinema poster. Together they have compiled over the years an eclectic collection by both

known and unknown artists and photographers.

Vintage Art Reprints is a division of their company, reproducing and designing in limited

quantities museum quality affordable prints from their collection. They have carefully

copyrighted their images or have licensed works under their company.

Their newest venture is Vintage Clothing Designs, a wearable collection with a timeless

and vintage appeal. They have streamlined a chic, minimalist way of dressing and

traveling into an essential line of leather jacket, belt, tee-shirts, boots, and

wallet.
