What is creativity for me? It is the air I want to breathe. It is my using of language of painting for conversation about the existing world with those who want to hear. Each time I want to say something, I say by those painting manner and have used those language, which is the most suitable to express it. Texture, colors, composition – all serves to disclose a theme of my still-lifes, scenes from life or landscape . I find topics for paintings both in real and imaginary spaces.

Tatiana Grudinina was born in Moscow, Russia. She graduated from Kosygin Moscow Technical University in 1980 with a degree in canvas arts and batik. She illustrated several dozens of children books and created series of postcards with funny characters while working for various publishers. During the hardship of Perestroyka years she devoted herself to her two sons and had to abandon arts. In the early 21st century, working with visual arts and graphics became the top priority for her again. Since 2010 she actively participates in arts exhibitions organized by Moscow Union of Artists (MUA) and other organizations.
