Biography
In 1971 I was born in Kyrgyzstan , then part of The Soviet Union. I grew up in a large family and was a very sick and weak child. At the age of 13 I underwent surgery and then began suffering from various allergies and asthma. In 1990's I moved to Russia for my health.
In 1994 I married and gave birth to my only child, a lovely daughter. After fourteen years of marriage ,during which time I was constantly humiliated .In 2008 I applied for a divorce . My husband ,being Russian and living in Russia ,had all legal advantages .I was forced to give all my assets ,including property ,my jewelry and he even arranged to deprive me of my child .It was a nightmare.
During this awful time, a friend of mine was dying of cancer in Russian Hospital. He was a United States citizen and before he died ,he asked me that when he passed away , to bring his body back to his parents in the United States .I fulfilled his wish and I decided to stay in the United States . I became a legal resident and I worked very closely with autistic children and started to paint .
In 2010 ,I met a wonderful man who became my husband. He has filled my life with love and became my Muse .It is through him that I have devoted most of my life to painting. During the last three years I have been able to express myself about things I couldn't talk about ,like pain ,joy and sorrow. Most people who view my art think that I have been professionally trained .I can only tell them my art comes from my soul.
I only hope is that I share my joy with you!
Sincerely,Tatiana.
